Rob Garguilo is a radio personality and stand up comedian. Rob got his start in radio while a senior in high school, working for his high school’s radio station, 88.9 WAJM-FM. After high school, Rob began working at Stockton University’s 91.7 WLFR-FM. While working at WLFR-FM, he landed an internship with “The Kidd Chris Show” on 94.1 WYSP-FM in Philadelphia.
In the spring of 2008, after completing his internship, Rob was hired as an on-air contributor for “The Kidd Chris Show.” Following the show’s firing in May of 2008, he began working as the Executive Producer of “The Morning Edge with JoJo and Scotty,” on 102.7 WJSE-FM in Atlantic City, in August of 2008. While serving as Executive Producer, he took on double duties at the radio station, serving as the station’s night DJ, hosting “The Spaz Show,” which aired weeknights from 6-10PM. After being fired from that station, Rob went across town and worked as the on-air sports reporter for WJSE-FM’s competitor, 100.7 WZXL-FM.
In 2010, Rob was hired as the Executive Producer of “Rover’s Morning Glory” on 100.7 WMMS-FM, in Cleveland, Ohio.
In 2014, Rob left “Rover’s Morning Glory” on 100.7 WMMS-FM, in Cleveland, Ohio to become the Executive Producer of The Mike Calta Show on 102.5 The Bone WHPT-FM.
In 2016, Rob became the Executive Producer of the internationally syndicated morning radio show, the Bubba the Love Sponge Show. With affiliates in Ft. Myers, Melbourne, Fort Walton Beach, Ocala / Gainesville, Charleston, Reno and Peterborough, Ontario, the Bubba the Love Sponge Show reaches a potential 4.8 million listeners every morning .
